Once submitted:
	•	A personalized proposal will be sent within 3 business days
	•	You will review and approve
	•	An invoice will be sent from The Booker Travel Co. to secure your booking

How much is the deposit?

Accepted Answer

Early Booking Offer (through July 1, 2026)
	•	$100 per room
	•	Applies to Luxury Junior Suite (Family Side only)
	•	Does not apply to upgraded room categories or suites

Standard Deposit:
	•	10% of total package price (standard rooms)
           •	20% of the total package price at the time of booking

👉After July 1, 2026, 10% of the total package price (all standard room categories, including Luxury Junior Suite)

What are the package starting prices?

Packages are priced per person based on age and occupancy.

Starting rates are as follows (4 nights):
	•	Adults: $1,239 per person
	•	Teens (Ages 13–17): $949 per person
	•	Kids (Ages 2–12): $659 per person
	•	Infants (Under 2): Free

Rates are based on double occupancy and may vary depending on room category, upgrades, and availability.

Is fundraising still an option?

Yes. Your deposit is required to secure your room.

Details regarding fundraising opportunities and instructions will be shared via email at a later date.

What is the payment schedule?

•	Deposit due at booking
•	50% due: September 3, 2027
•	Final payment due: February 22, 2028

Are payments refundable?

•	Deposits are non-refundable
•	Payments made after the deposit and before final payment may be refundable, subject to supplier approval
•	All payments are non-refundable after February 22, 2028
